No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty - The link must be LIVE or APPROVED - Only Publicly Viewable Links (Do Not have to login to view the link). - I require a submission report which should include: URL with approved link, anchor text used and PR. - Minimum PR2 + on link page , no more than 30 outbound links on it - Minimum PR4 + (PR from Domain Homepage ) , One link per IP address. - No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages. - Do not show me your package deals, I will ignore bids that offer other services and packages.
