Assistant to Director of Marketing P/T
Join a team focused on digital marketing with eager and innovative nonprofit clients. You will work directly with our Director of Marketing on both inside marketing and on developing social-media-based donor acquisition strategies for our 100+ nonprofit clients .
*Comfortable with marketing technology including competence with Heap (or similar), Segment, Metabase, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads. Expect competence with the Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Gmail).
*Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a remote setting.
*Good verbal and written communication skills.
*Ability to receive constructive criticism and feedback on your work and a constant willingness to improve.
*Ability to stay organized, juggle multiple priorities, and complete tasks quickly and accurately.
*Creativity. Assist in developing marketing materials for nonprofit verticals (Foodbanks, Animal Shelters, Healthcare, Youth Groups, etc).
*Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns across social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
*Analytics. Strong ability to measure marketing effectiveness, understand channel attribution, track ROAS, and build analytic dashboards using tools such as Segment, Heap, and Metabase. SQL is a plus.
*Team Player. You deliver amazing results through cross-team collaboration.
