We are seeking an experienced and creative marketing and design expert to join our team and play a vital role in promoting our online store. The chosen freelancer will be responsible for implementing comprehensive marketing strategies and designing captivating visuals to enhance the customer experience.
About the Project:
[login to view URL] will be a B2C platform dedicated to selling Carel controllers, humidifiers, probes, monitoring systems, and spare parts. Our target audience includes restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, and other businesses in need of replacing or acquiring controllers for their equipment.
We are looking for digital marketing and graphic design experts who can collaborate with us in the following areas:
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase the online store's visibility.
• Creating effective email marketing campaigns to attract potential customers.
• Managing paid ads on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook /Instagram & TikTok Ads, Google Shopping & Others
• Optimizing SEO to improve search engine rankings.
• Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Remarketing and Conversion Optimization
• Creating an attractive and professional layout for the online store.
• Developing banners, product images, and logos that convey the brand identity.
• Designing promotional materials for online marketing campaigns.
More Detailed Responsibilities:
a) Conduct market research to understand the target audience and competition.
b) Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans.
c) Manage and optimize of all the paid Ads campaigns.
d) Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional offers.
e) Monitor website analytics and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement.
f) Collaborate with the team to develop engaging content for online promotions.
a) Create visually appealing designs for the online store's layout and user interface.
b) Design eye-catching banners and images for product promotions.
c) Produce logos and brand materials that represent the Carel brand image.
d) Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.
e) Ensure all designs align with the brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
Develop Channels of Sale:
We will include advertising on all possible sales channels, as well as email marketing campaigns and affiliate management. If you have experience in these areas and are excited to be part of this innovative project, we welcome your application!

We anticipate that this project will last for an initial period of three months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and results. The freelancer will be compensated with a fixed budget for the entire project, which includes all marketing activities and design services.
