What You’ll Do Create and post 6 high-quality videos per day Manage and grow: TikTok Instagram Facebook YouTube Build real audience engagement (views, followers, comments — no fake traffic) Drive targeted traffic to my website and platforms Help set up and optimise TikTok Shop Turn content into conversations, reach, and conversions AI, Avatars & Automation (HIGHLY IMPORTANT) Must know how to create realistic AI avatar content Ability to generate natural-sounding AI speech / voiceovers Convert ideas into fully executed, high-quality content fast Experience working with AI tools and agents Ability to automate workflows: Content creation Hooks & captions Posting & scheduling Build systems for scale, speed, and consistency Maintain high production standards across all content What I’m Looking For Strong experience in creating viral, visually engaging content Fluent in spoken and written English Deep understanding of social media algorithms (TikTok, IG, YouTube, FB) Proven ability to grow accounts fast and effectively Highly creative with a strong eye for design, hooks, and storytelling Understands best settings, trends, and optimisation techniques Able to execute ideas quickly and at a high standard Focused on real results, not vanity metrics Goal To build serious leverage, real exposure, and a powerful following that drives consistent traffic and growth.
