Customer Support Representative
Our client, is looking for a Customer Support Representative. They are looking for people who can handle a fast paced environment, can thoroughly understand their customers, and takes the steps necessary to thoroughly build a relationship with each customer. This person must be excited by fashion and have the drive to grow within the retail industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Communicate in a clear, effective, and quick manner through email
-Listen and understand customer requests, questions and complaints
-Actively listen and resolve customer issues
-Accurately input orders and data into the system
- Strong written communication is a MUST
-1-2 years of experience in customer service
-Bachelor's degree highly preferred
-Strong ability to actively listen and communicate solutions
-Friendly, upbeat and positive attitude
-Driven to succeed and looking for upward mobility
-Ability to multi-task and make quick decisions
-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
-Excitement for the fashion industry
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Must be eligible to work in the United States
-Must be 18 years or older
