Google Analytics SetUp for KPI Tracking and Details on Website Usability

We are looking for someone to set up our GA Tracking. We wish to get detailed information on following KPI which can mainly (except Heat Map) be arranged with Googles Standard Features. We wish to have a siginficant overview in a Dashboard and/or option to export a prepared Reporting for top-level management.

It needs to be structured in an logically reasonable, simple easy-to-understand way that allows quick insights and recognition of potential for improvement for someone without much knowledge of Google Analytics.
