Live Event Registration - Affiliate Link

What I need is: I have an affiliate link for an event happening on April 30th. I need to drive targeted traffic to the affiliate link to hopefully get sign ups for the event with the hope they will eventually buy the product that will be offered. I have many headlines, jpegs, videos, etc. that can be used in ads. My problem is, I can't do this. I had planned on doing Facebook ads, etc. targeting certain people but it doesn't have to be Facebook. It just needs to drive specific, targeted people to the link. The event is for some very big names that you may have heard of. Time and speed are critical. I need to select someone and get this started so traffic is flowing and I am hopefully getting people to sign up for the free event. Also, after the 30th, I will have a follow up need similar to this so if you do well on this first part, I will look to hire you again for the future parts. Again, time and speed will be critical with them as well. Thank you!
