Manage Google and Bing ads campaigns

Job Description:
We want someone to manage our advertising campaigns with Google and Bing, not only managing but explaining to us what you are doing and why you are doing it. We want to be educated somewhat so that we can understand the process and get a better idea of how it all fits in to our overall business plan.
An initial review of the campaigns we have, and recommendations on improvements. We would work with you on ad design, as we have become familiar with the aspects of our products that really seem to attract our clientele. We found the last company we dealt with wrote ads that missed the mark. We can make assets available (pictures, videos) and help with ad construction.
Have a regular checkup (weekly or bi-weekly) to verify how the ads are doing, analyze performance, determine improvements. Again, educating us as you go along. A video meeting with screen sharing might be the best format for this.
Show us how the strategies used in Google ads (search, display, remarketing) can be used in Facebook and Pinterest ads.
