Expert in landing pages design and Google Adwords/Analytics is required to help us improve our website conversion rate and minimise bounce rate. We currently have a healthy traffic in our specific niche mainly via Adwords. We are a specialist Research and Development UK Tax agency ([url removed, login to view]).
Project Initial Tasks (total 125 USD):
- Design 2 landing pages and propose optimizations to existing pages to help increase conversion entries. Implement the changes in Wordpress and Google A/B Split Testing. 2x new landing pages will need to have forms done in Gravity Forms Plugin. Our website is on Wordpress and your landing pages will have to cater for that. Landing pages will have to be developed in a separate dev environment. I will manage the upgrade on the Production website. These 2x pages will be discussed and design agreed between us. We need to have as a minimum the name, email, company and phone number contact details collected from these 2x landing pages. You can also use the new [url removed, login to view] if you want. You can decide. It is a forms plugin that can be easily inserted on any Wordpress landing page.
- Analyse Google analytics data from our Google Adwords campaigns to aid landing page design.
- Propose initial changes to PPC campaigns to minimise bounce rate and maximise conversion rate.
- Fix various errors with Adwords and Analytics (e.g. remarketing tag)
- Implement google tag manager to consolidate all tracking codes including remarketing tag (which is currently not working).
January start for the new landing pages.
Ongoing until further notice:
- Your monthly Adwords management and optimisation fee is 175USD, paid each month. We need to agree the scope of PPC works for each month, new ads creation, improvements, etc, as purely monitoring and tweaking bid amounts is something I can do myself. I need to see the value, savings and traffic improvements we are receiving before authorising each month's payment of 175 USD. You are starting managing the PPC on 1 December and will be paid for December.
- SEO – on-page optimization of the landing pages to improve organic traffic.
Our monthly advertising budget is 1000 GBP, this is including PPC, and management fees and SEO (future task, once PPC is up and optimised in Q1 next year and there is a saving we can spend on SEO). You must not exceed £1000 per month on Adwords PPC+your fees. i.e. you need to set the daily max Adwords fees to cater for your fees.
- 175 USD one-off bonus payment if we have 15 or more leads in each consecutive month of Jan, Feb and March 2015. To be paid end of March 2015. (The PPC target geo-target area needs to remain as-is and the max amount spend per month on Adwords should remain the same. Making changes to the geo-target area, exceeding GBP £1000 pcm including your monthly management fees will invalidate your bonus.
I guarantee that none else will make changes to the Adwords account during your engagement.
I will create 3 initial payment milestones:
125 for the landing pages to complete 20 Dec.
175 for December of your PPC work
175 for your bonus in Mar.
Your total bid for the project is 475 USD.
Please propose target improvements for December shortly so we can agree your work.
We can arrange the ongoing fees for January, Feb, etc. once the landing pages are complete and your Dec work is complete.
