We are building a high-engagement Telegram community offering free premium expert predictions, match insights, and responsible/safe gambling-related content, while driving traffic to our website. Role Overview We’re hiring a Telegram Growth & Community Manager to build and grow our Telegram channel organically from 0. This role is execution-focused. You will fully own: Growth strategy Daily posting & engagement Community building Monetization-support activities note : Design work is NOT required — creatives will be provided. Key Responsibilities - Telegram Growth (Core Responsibility) - Grow the Telegram channel organically from zero - Execute daily growth actions: Cross-promotions with relevant Telegram channels Outreach to football, prediction, and sports communities Direct invitation & networking (ethical, non-spammy) Identify new growth opportunities inside Telegram continuously - Content Planning & Posting Plan and schedule daily posts Coordinate with our designer on creatives - Ensure consistent posting around: Matchdays Predictions Breaking football updates Website content highlights - Community Engagement & Moderation Actively engage with members daily Encourage discussions and reactions Respond to messages and comments Maintain a professional tone with responsible gambling focus Keep the community clean, active, and trustworthy Website & Monetization Support Promote [login to view URL] content inside Telegram Support promotion of safe gambling / prediction-related services Assist in preparing the community for future monetization (non-spammy) What We’re Looking For Must-Have Proven experience growing Telegram channels or communities Understanding of Telegram growth mechanics Interest in football / sports Comfortable with daily outreach and engagement Self-driven and consistent Nice-to-Have Experience with sports prediction or betting communities Existing Telegram network for cross-promotion Understanding of responsible gambling communication Compensation Structure (IMPORTANT) Fixed Fee A ) $100 per month (fixed) B ) Performance Bonus (Paid Monthly) Bonus will be based on a combination of: Community growth (quality subscribers, not bots) Engagement levels (views, reactions, discussion) Community strength & retention Contribution toward monetization readiness and traffic flow Bonus structure will be clearly defined after the first 2 weeks. This role is not suitable if you are looking for only fixed pay without performance upside.
