I have 7 years of international and multi-cultural experience in Information Technology Service Delivery & Customer Service industry. I’ve worked as a Business Process Manager for DBS Bank-IBM Singapore & UBS.
As such, I have vast knowledge with project management, process management, data analysis & documentation.
I recently went back to Philippines & ventured into home based work.
My main job scope from my previous jobs is to be on top of different IT Technical & Application teams which are compose of different nationalities.(French, Indian, Chinese, British, American..)
Each team lead or manager reports to me for progress updates or approvals. I coordinate with the team via setting up a meeting or conference calls to ensure the immediate resolution of any major incidents when necessary.
I am the main focal point of the Senior Management. I liaised what needs to be done & recommend solutions.
