How we would run it: one product master sheet first, SKU, barcode, pack size, MRP, GST and HSN, ingredients and nutrition per variant. Then a mapping per platform, since each wants its own fields, titles and image spec. Uploads in batches so a rejection hits ten SKUs not the whole set, then corrections chased until they clear.
