Growth will centre on two main fronts—raising same-store sales through smarter merchandising and promotions, and opening additional outlets in strategic neighbouring towns. You’ll steer the numbers as well, overseeing cash flow, supplier payments, payroll and basic bookkeeping, then turning these figures into concise weekly and monthly reports I can act on quickly.
