iOS Mobile App PDF Generator

I am looking for a mobile app developer to create a PDF Generator “Class”, in the Swift language, that I can import into my already built IOS application. The generator should be able to generate images and text on the PDF. Additionally, the PDF will utilize the ability for the user to edit the text on the PDF while previewing the PDF (before exportation to the device). Upon exportation to the device, the PDF should be able to be edited by programs like Adobe. The PDF Generator will produce three different PDF styles, according to the samples, diagrams, and mockups provided to the developer by myself (left-captioned, center-captioned, and right-captioned). The description for the center-captioned PDF style should allow for dynamic sizing of the description - in other words, if the description is too long for the page, it should push everything below it to the next page and continue there, underneath the next page's header information. When a user selects an image in the PDF (after export), the image should load in a browser and allow the user to see the image in its full size if the user selects (View Original Resolution).
Ideal skills for the job include mobile app development experience, knowledge of PDF generation, and experience with iOS development.
