Here's what I need:
A Colombian branded IPhone RSS news reader with default Colombian feeds which I will provide. It should be named "Noticol".
It should be skinned with the colors of the Colombian flag: [url removed, login to view] (RGB, HEX info provided w/link)
Use the following IPhone RSS News Reader as an example of what I'm looking for; basically a Colombian version of the Philippine app below.

There should be a small area for rotating advertising.
Let's scope the requirements and document them to save ourselves time.
