Custom Stock Screener Software

I would like to develop a Custom Stock Screener for day and swing traders. I would like to work with someone who already has a good understanding of trading (Questions will be asked) and perhaps already worked on a similar financial project.
The project will be divided into 5 sections:
1) Myself and the programmer will brainstorm on different ideas on how to differentiate our scanner from what is already available out there
2) Create a Design specification document with mockups of how it is going to look, etc.
3) Create the online scanner that works on the cloud (accessible from any device)
4) Crate the mobile app (for Iphone/ipad/android)
5) Launch and support
I am ready to discuss with serious web programmers. You HAVE TO have trading experience otherwise please do not bid.
