Instagram Like and Follow Exchange App

I would like to build an app with the following high level requirements:
1 IOS
2 User connects their Instagram Account
3 App consists of three main pages: 1. Earn Coins 2. Get Likes / Followers 3. Coin Store
4a users can purchase virtual currency (coins) using in app purchases
4b users can earn coins by liking or following other user's requests (See point 5)
5 Once user exchanges coins for Likes or Followers using virtual currency (coins), their request (photo or follow) will be displayed to users who want to earn virtual currency (coins). These will receive coins in return for liking the photo or following the user.
6 likes and follows should be completed through the app and should not require the instagram app or pop-up to be opened (api calls should be used)
