We need apps made for both the platforms. Here is a brief description of what we need from the app development company. Q: What we need? A: We need someone who has experience with mobile development on both iOS and Android. For iOS we will be using Swift programming language and not Objective-C. We need someone with 7-8+ years of experience who can develop both the applications. Q: What type of freelancer we are looking for? A: Security is a big factor. We are looking for someone who has experience with End-to-End encryption, Google Maps API, and a API for payment processing which is not currently selected. We need someone who can work fluidly with our designer and develop the application to the specification that is requested. Should be knowledgeable in Swift, Java, Google Maps API, Repair Estimate API (will need to discuss further regarding that), and ability to create own algorithms on how to calculate the pricing. Q: When do we need it by? A: There is no set timeline. However, we would like to proceed as quickly as possible. Q: What kind of app development are we looking for? A: We want the application to be developed natively. We don't want a hybrid application. iOS will be developed using Swift while Android will be developed using Java. We want everything developed on OUR side and not yours. Everything related to to the application including servers for testing will be provided by us. So whatever you need, message us and we will get that to you. Android development will be done using a remote desktop connection that we will provide. For Mac, you can go ahead and work that on your own. Q: What additional information is required for the designers? A: If you are chosen to move forward with the project, we will need you to sign a NDA. Q: What we require in terms of portfolio? A: We want to see minimum 5 example of the LATEST mobile design work that you have done or provided. Please ONLY apply if you have minimum 5 examples to show me. We want to choose the best designer and sadly, just having one or two examples won't be enough. --- PLEASE NOTE - This is a Uber like application. So please show me if you have made applications like it. Once I read the proposals, I will go ahead and send a detailed functional document.
