Hello, we are in need of a React Native developer who can work on our current project and show progress.
The issue we have is:
- We hired a freelancer but he is not working while we can't pay because of transaction delay, invoicing.
- We want to move forward for that time.
- We like someone who understands the circumstance as well as requirement easily and quickly and not bothering us.
- How to check us? You will have a team meeting with the PM and also another developer and you should show good proficiency while talking and be willing to show your best project and commits on github.
If that goes well, we will hire you and then we put it to long-term work.
- I prefer someone from Pakistan but he should radically and fundamentally different from those around him in that country.
What I mean is really professional and communicative and with good manner not bothering us.
We are okay if we don't find a developer but I believe there would be someone who understands the circumstance and work on our project so that both parties can get benefits from it.
Required skills: React Native, Android Studio, Xcode, Testflight, Mac Book( you should have this, if not don't bid), Java, Gradle, etc.
Preferred someone who is: communicative, understandable, flexible, fast in debugging issues, easy to work with, trustworthy and professional.
If you want to order us to do something, don't bid but if you want to discuss with us, please bid.

We will do by fixed budget on issues and after fixing issues, building new version with flutter, you will get paid with current hourly rate. I know there are so many fits. Apple developer account available is a must!! No newbie! No new freelancer!
