I’m looking for someone who can jump straight into my existing Smartsheet environment and keep multiple projects moving smoothly. My day-to-day work also touches Jira and Workday, but Smartsheet remains the operational hub, so your confidence there is critical. You’ll be asked to refine project plans, keep task owners accountable, and translate status updates into clear roll-ups for leadership. I already have basic sheets and dashboards in place; what I need is the extra set of expert hands that can optimise dependencies, adjust timelines on the fly, and spot gaps before they become issues. Familiarity with Jira for cross-referencing sprint data or Workday for resource availability will definitely help, but if Smartsheet is your native language we’ll be off to a great start. When you respond, focus on the relevant experience you’ve had driving similar portfolios through Smartsheet. I’m interested in how you’ve solved real-world bottlenecks, not a generic proposal template—just a clear picture of what you’ve delivered and the impact it made.
