Fix bugs in existing simple Android web App

We are in the process of trying to get our up into Samsung Apps market place. Its been rejected yet again and we need 3 bugs (with videos) fixed to allow us to resubmit the app for re approval. Our application is a app that launches browser shortcut which within this users play the game. A detailed report of the bugs will be sent with videos from the App testers to help you. This is an easy quick fix for any Android developer, but beyond my basic android skills to fix. The bugs that need to be fixed: 1. App still rotates when auto rotation sensor is off. It should only rotate when the sensor is on. <Defect> Application rotates when device's rotation mode is off. <Procedure> [login to view URL] rotation of device [login to view URL] app. [login to view URL] device <Expected Result> Application should not rotate when auto rotation is off. 2. When there is no wifi or 3G connection (internet) connection OR in Flight Mode we would like it the app to say for example: "An internet connection is required in order to play" For netbased application, the application should not executed at all by showing the informative popup that the application requires network connection. 3: When clicking the http link inside the contact html page inside the app. mailto: links aren't executed.
