OTP J2ME MIDlet Implementation

We require a J2ME MIDlet to implement the requirements detailed in the attached document. Additional reference material will be provided to the successful bidder but this document will provide an overview of the function required from the MIDlet.

The MIDlet is required to implement an OATH compliant One Time PassCode generator with an additional password store. It include the implementation of a secure hashing algorithm, (SHA-1) and the Advanced Encryption Standard with a 256-bit key value. (AES-256).

The design shall be CLDC 1.1 and MDIP 2.0 compliant and shall be implemented within the NetBeans IDE.

Upon completion of the project all project and source files will be provided to us, along with a copy of the working MIDlet, to ensure that we can successfully build the project.

Upon completion of this project the bidder will surrender all rights to the source and project material produced and assign them to ListerTalent Limited upon payment of the agree funds and we will be allowed to amend, modify, publish and distribute the MIDlet and source files as we see fit.

The graphical elements will be provided to the successful bidder along with some of the missing information.

It is expected that this design will be implemented using the high level displayable Screen elements to maximise the compatibility between mobile platforms, i.e. using the [url removed, login to view] package.

The complete application should be less than 100KB in size and be completed within 2 weeks of the project assignement.
