nice simple little program require to work out commisions.
We run a small multi level marketing group. We are looking to find a way to input our reps details and customers so we can give them revenue shares
we need to be able to enter the following information for customers.
name
Referring Rep
username
customer number
bill amount this month
connection date
disconnection button
each month on the same date as the connection date the database will ask if the person has paid their bill and how much. It will store the details in a database file until the disconnection button is pressed and confirmed. When that happens it will remove the person from the database the day before their next billing date and print the billing history on paper.
rep section -
This is slightly different. We wourk on multiple levels so there is different percentages of commission on each level below a representative. We need to be able to enter the commissions for up to 10 levels.
by giving every rep a representative number the system should be able to work out where tat rep is compared to their upline and downline and calculate the revenue based on the customers (above) at each level. It would give us a figure each month on the 28th to pay the reps.
rep information required -
rep id number
name
address
output fields - payment to be made to them
customer names that they have connected.
nice little program and although we cannot afford to pay much (maybe $20-$30) at the minute. the programmer would recieve a whopping 1% on every single customer stored in the database for the next 12 months (another thing that will need to be programmed). our volume in the uk is over 50000. This is at least what to expect in the USA when we launch. That would be around $6500 a month for writing a program.
The program would also be password protected for security reasons
We are looking to get this started ASAP.
