map integration

Hello!
I have recently bought a program that I will use in fleet management. The program comes default with Google maps and Microsoft maps, but due to their insane license costs, I will like to integrate an open source map instead.

Is this possible to do? By the way, the program is installed on an win2003 server. And it uses a database.
