-I need you to modify it so that the player's game scores that are uploaded to server are compared against the last score upload time and the last score (querying from db table)
-If the new score upload time is less than 1 minute difference compared to the old score upload time AND the new score is the same as the old score, DO NOT update the player's data in the table with the new score and time. Else, update.
-We shall provide you remote server to access our PC
-We shall provide Netbeans 6.5 and Tomcat
