We have to launch our tea trading business through a three-tier business website which should work as a CRM tool for us.
Here Tulip International is a Tea Trading Company Based in India. It will procure tea samples from different tea factories/warehouses of various tea marks and will offer them to various prospective buyers. On acceptance of the samples, we will pass their orders to the sellers and hence in this way we will liaison the whole transaction till the delivery of the goods and final completion of the trade.
This whole process would involve a number of users, which will comprise of buyers, sellers, vendors etc. All of them would have access to the website through user Ids and passwords which would be handled by the website administrator. These users would be having their profiles, which would be stored through an efficient database management tool. A varied number of tables would be there in the database to maintain the tiniest details of the products, trading status and the users log.
Finally, the website would enable the tracking of sale, purchase and post sale at every stage.
