I need a duplicate of the native Add Contact screen in Android 2.0. I cannot use the built-in screen because the OS does not support setting certain fields (e.g. City, State, Zip, Last Name).
The screen must allow me to set the contents of the fields before displaying the page, and save the contact when the user presses "Save".
Please deliver the Add Contact screen in a very simple app that just shows the screen with some prefilled data for testing.
This new screen should look and act just like the native add contact screen as much as possible. It should have the + and - buttons where necessary to show and hide additional fields. See below:
* Name prefix
* First name
* Middle name
* Last name
* Name suffix
* Phone (up to 4)
* Email (up to 4)
* Postal address (only one) with
* Zip Code
* Organization (only one) with
* IM (up to 4)
* Website (up to 4)
Fields NOT required:
* Phonetic name fields
* "More" dropdown arrow
I'll be putting this screen into another app so the app this is built into just needs to exist so I can test the screen.
Please deliver an Eclipse project that I can install and test easily. Android 2.0 compatible.
