We have an application in which we track time (time sheets), and it stores data locally in a SQLite database.? We would like to synchronize this data with a shared project management system, so that each user can operate locally but have their timesheet data automatically updated on the central system.? The central project management system, OnTime, stores data in MSQL.
The project will involve copying new timesheet project and hour entries from the SQLite DB to the MSQL db over the network.? Additionally, it will need to query for new projects and timesheet entries on the central server, and then get any new entries into the local SQLite db.
We would like to run this app on Windows, Mac and Linux, so we propose Java.
see attached file for more detailled description and some example SQLite db
