Myspace automatic bulletins

I am looking to have a freelancer create a program that automatically sends bulletins through myspace accounts. This program has to allow for multiple myspace accounts to be held in database, and for the bulletin text and subject to be programmed as well. The steps are as follows:
(1) choose first username/password from account list
(2) login
(3) post bulletin
(4) logout
(5) choose next username/password
The program will run until bulletins have been posted in all accounts. Before submitting a proposal, please go to myspace and make sure you can make it work. Myspace recently changed how bulletins are sent.
