Post same message to each section of message board

Looking for a simple application that will post the same message to every section of a message board website. There would be a seperate file that contained all of the urls so that the end user could make updates when the site changed. Each page contains 3 fields (subject, body, and email) and a submit button. It will be able to create a unique email address @ the owner's domain name so that it was easy to track where the messages were coming from.

I doubt the message board owners would be thrilled or approve and would probably put an IP ban on the sending machine.--Something to think about.
