I need someone to create a grid which has x, y coordinates. The grid will covert degrees (angles such as 35 degrees or 25degrees of 5 degrees) and place it on the grid that is the closest fit/the best fit according to the coordinates. You can use a random walk method to generate your own coordinates and those coordinates can be compared with the degrees retrieved from the website (this bit of code I already have, the website is the PDB website where it retrieves only the coordinates of a protein structure), and fit it best to its ability by doing a pull move.

We can provide a program, folding, which simulates a random walk and which plots protein coordinates on an xy grid. Points on the chain can be moved to simulate mutation. The program is written in Dev C++ and cpp source and an exe are available.
