Create .ANE from tesseract (or other OCR engine) for AS3 (AIR; Android & iOS) -- 2

So I need OCR for AS3, to be used in AIR application for mobile (Android & iOS). Tesseract engine is only one possibility, so I'm open to all suggestions, but most ideal solution would be .ANE file I can use in Flash and pass bitmapData to it, and receive string back to flash. My app would take a photo, and .ANE should recognize text from it (hopefully all texts). I'm sure there's already many engines and libraries for OCR, but I haven't found any .ANE's for AS3 or AS3 version of them. So this would probably be quite simple project to someone who has done native extensions before. I attached an example photo so you can see what kind of text should be recognized. Most important is to recognize the winning line from the ticket, everything else is extra. It needs to be recognized from the ticket image without forcing user to define the area of winning line etc. One ticket may contain more than one winning line.
