Improvements and corrections to Oviyam 2 Dicom Viewer

We are requiring someone who can help us improve and correct problems in open source Web Dicom viewer Oviyam 2 Using Oviyams last version as a base, correct next issues: 1. Everytime windowing button is clicked, oviyam downloads pixel data, it doesn't matter if in the same session pixel data had already been downloaded 2. When clicking reset button, windowing is enabled. (That should nor happen) 3. When there are more than one image in layout, and a tool is selected, this tool should work for all images. Right now, only works in the image selected. 4. Some tools when selected, like LINE, don't allow to do scroll of the images in a series. With PROBE or magnify is possible. 5. With tool LINE selected, it doesn't allow to draw a line smaller than 1CM. (Correct that) 6. It should be more intuitive to reposition or extend measurements after it have been drawed. Right now is very difficult almost impossible. 7. When doing a new measure, you should be able to clic wherever you want after you have already started doing a new measure, no matter if there are lines or angles drawed previously in any of the points clicked. Right now if you are drawing an angle, and the second or third of the points of the angle to measure is over a previous measure, it selects the previous measure, and you can't draw the angle you were drawing 8. Allow the load of archived studies of patient with the same ID, when accessing a study with direct URL using only UID as a parameter. Right now, besides UID it requires accession number as a parameter
