[This is a prototype/demo project and will not be used in production. You are free to use any technology or approach as long as the essense of the project is not changed]
We need a small multithreaded http server. You might use an existing http server (see <[url removed, login to view]>) or compile one from scratch. You can also use/change any third party library you desire.
The purpose of the project is to allow us to access a simple function defined in an interface class. The sample implementation of this interface function just returns the string "hello world". The only criteria we have is you to give us the ability to add/load a jar or class dynamically to the server (much like apache does). Runtime management of the jars would be nice but not required.
The server should at least read a config file (can be in any markup of your choice) and should at least contain the 1) port# and 2) a list of modules (jar files) to load.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
