javafx/windows: develop a serial db9 pin detection change/pin status change

Develop a serial port pin change detection + pin status change in javafx, env eclipse/maven.
Target: windows desktop app with usb/serial db9 adapter
gui :
- 8 serial port pin buttons matching 9db port pins (ground excluded)
- click on output button changes serial port pin voltage
- change input pin button color (eg. green) when a change is detected on pin
- x1 combo to select discovered com ports
