Need help obtaining certificate for Java webserver.

I have a small Java powered website ([login to view URL]) running on a Win10 machine. I do not have a static IP so I have a free [login to view URL] domain for remote access to the website. I purchased a Comodo certificate but I do not know how to make a CSR and get the certificate installed. I need help to get my certificate as a .pfx or .p12 file.
