I am looking for someone with experience in deploying Azure Functions using .zip files, specifically in Java. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using the Command Line Interface (CLI) for deployment.

The project involves troubleshooting and resolving deployment failures that I am currently experiencing. The specific issues I am encountering are related to deployment failures, and I need someone who can help me identify and fix the underlying issues.
