What do we need?
We want to move our manual document (paper) to fully digital world based on a DMS/ECM system with OpenKM.
For this we need to define workflows (here we can help) and later of course to implement these workflows
Also we want to get coached by you for being able to create on our own simple workflows for departments and you are the person who will do the more complicated stuff on the long run.
We search for a longer support, but for now we cannot estimate how much time will be needed per day/week/month. It will be clearer as soon as the OpenKM was integrated in the first areas of the business.
- OpenKM is installed and up and running on a Ubuntu 16.04 Linux
For a prove of your expertise, we expect that you file us in your proposal your experiences with OpenKM and what type of processes you have already added to a OpenKM workflow.
Also we will ask you for a hands on prove on a existing OpenKM setup, which you handle right now. We want to see what you are able to do and so to see your expertise level.
Also note, we do not disclose our budget, so place your best offer to get considered.
Also note, our interviews will be done with persons who work already over 20y in the IT sector (administration and/or development). So play honest with your skills.
