Setup development environment for Java project

1. Download and install Weblogic 8.1 server on the remote ubuntu machine and integrate it with existing eclipse kepler instance.
2. We already have Weblogic 8.1 installation folder but we are not sure if there are any missing files in it.
3. Create and deploy any sample JSP application and demonstrate how one can create, build and deploy applications locally.
4. For building sample application use ant 1.10 build tool to create and run the build process in eclipse.
