Relation Chart with d3.js

We need a d3.js visualization exactly like this one here: [login to view URL] The goal is to show which Restaurant serves what type of Food and/or Drink AND what type of Food/Drink is served in which restaurant. Have a look at the attachment, that should say it all. Details - Dummy data is just fine (the real data will be pulled in dynamically from someone else) - The javascript file with the data must be a separate file and linked into the html file - Number of items are approximate (a few items more or less should not break the whole thing) - Every text item is a link. See attachment for link structure - Tension slider is required - It is urgent. Delivering in between 5 working days is a must
