I have a website already done that need some small changes.

I had problems with 2 other freelancers. <<<<<<
1- At the homepage if you check the source-code you will find 3 divs: section1, section2 and section3. Everytime you refresh the page, it shows a differente image. What I need to be changed is to use these 3 divs as a slideshow. It should fade in/ fade out between them.
2- There's 3 pages with some image galleries: colecoes, clipping, campanhas.
The thumbnail has a rollover tool-tip. I need to add the same tool-tip for every image inside the galleries.
That's all.
ATTENTION:
As a php coder I have a pretty good idea of how much it would cost, so please do NOT bid insanely as you will be wasting your time.
I'm not willing to spend hundreds of dollars on something that should take around 1 hour or less for a good Js coder.
