Java script recipe converter

I'm looking for a recipe converter in javascript which is similar to one found at this link: [login to view URL] (copy and paste into your browser to use). There's a little orange button labeled "Calculate" just below the photo in the center column which is the function I need. I wish it to be easy to implement when preparing the html page for new recipes, hopefully simply listing the ingredients in a pre-defined template, then adding the code to the page. If you already have an application similar to this that I can purchase off the shelf, that would be considered. Perhaps another script might serve, it would be dependent on my ISP, but I know javascript will pose no problems. If you can provide samples of any similar work, that would be useful to help me determine if your bid is the most appropriate.
