Website Design and Development Needed [Database Integrated]

I need a very professional looking website that is user friendly for a high school teenager. It should have a unique and appealing design. This website is a SAT vocabulary word website. Users will study SAT vocab words on the site and learn some SAT test taking skills/tips. I'm imagining it to be a choice of 5, 10, 20, x amount of words taken from the database per game, the user will choose. It will be online flash study cards basically. Example: [login to view URL] --- Same as this, with the option to put the words/definition on the same or opposite sides. The top banner will be a logo and the site name. If you can do graphics, please let me know as well. I want some room on the sidebar for advertisements. I will have a database of information (check the attached file) that I need linked to randomly generate a "Word of the Day," which will be in the top right corner of the site. I also need a search button, so you can search the database (I need it to be similar to Google homepage, so as you are typing our the word it eliminates all information in the database that doesn't have those letters in that order) If you don't know what I mean I will explain this via email. I also want a section of the site to have an email, name collector so people can sign up for a newsletter and an email of the daily word each day. There will be only a few pages. The search bar will be at the top, right side of every page- along with the word of the day. The game will be in the middle of the page. Another page will be an SAT Test Taking Tips page, and then a contact us page. The main color will be a light blue.
