Need to fix Image based dropdown menu

Hi,

I have a site which has menu in image format, i.e. images in and when you mouseover the image, it will show subsections of that link on the right side. We can call it as Popup menu.

But for some reason mouseout function is not working well so I need someone to fix it for me.

There are 2 menus, same site but diff images. Both are having same problem.

I need someone to fix it in 1 day max. I am willing to spend max $30 as it is a very small job.
