Search engine like Dogpile

I would like a site exactly like [login to view URL] but its own design. I want all the same features. It allows users to either search the best of each top search engines or each individual one. So when a user searches the web, sponsored listing appear from all different engines. It needs the same tabs also, eg: web, images, audio, video, news....It needs to be fully programmed and working when I take it over. Only bid if you are serious. Database experiance needed. If you win, I will tell you name we will use. I have a small budget so I am offering the designer 10% of all revenue this site makes to comphensate for such a budget. I will prepare a contract and it will be ready upon completion of site. We are Web Marketers, we have taken sites to Top 17,000 on Alexa.
