Typo3 Template from existing Page

Job Description:
The Goal of this Project is to create a clean Typo3 TypoScript Template. We do not want to have any files in filelist. All resources should be attached to the Template and in some special cases to the page.
The Template should contain the following parts:
Homepage

The teaser image on the top should be randomly taken form the images of the page resource where the template is used. A sample on how to get this resources can be probided.
The gray paper are are the left and right part of typo3 content area, each of them could contain the following modules: Navigation (fix on left side), Text, Text w/Image, HTML. Separated by this solid blue line.
The content in the middle is coming from normal, the Boarder conent will have the same still and is displayed on top, see [url removed, login to view] the smal images are in the borader part.
Empty layout parts should be hidden, Sample: [url removed, login to view]
Normal Pages

On Normal Pages just the header changes, it will be smaler.
Navigation
Simple ul li navigation in the new html 5 nav tag. 3 Levels.
Photo Gallery

Based on lz_gallery, overview sould look like the provided sampel. For configuration typoscript form the following page can be provided:

Contact Form

Table Content
The layout for the Table Content should be look like this:
