Website Design(+Logo) for a monitoring service

Project Part1 Hello, I need a web design, provided as **html5/css/js/images**, for a monitoring service. Main page and sample content page at least. You will find the global layout in the attachament, **I am open to changes about it**, I did it to help in a few minutes (and you will understand why I am not doing it myself). Things to know : - The logo should be related to monitoring (i.e. 10-eyed penguin, googles, green up and red down arrows ...), with preference on my side for penguin base to relate the linux base of the offer - Please do not propose already-existing-free templates - No Flash, No Java or such things - The template should be globally bright, even if dark backgrounded - I usually like 3-color **professional** templates - The keywords of the project are : monitoring, distributed, availability, better-for-you, worldwide, all-you-can-think. The template should remember those keywords (maybe through the banners, open to discussion). There will be a "Y" in the name, which is important, and the base of the brand. The bidder should provide 1 or 2 template images in the same "spirit" in order to judge if it fits my needs.
