We have an existing pop-up form with some JS validation which you're most welcome to use as a starting point. We need to make the form cleaner by dividing the information into tabs (divs) and good clean XHTML/JS. I've attached a snapshot of the current form, a snapshot of roughed out to-be version, and all the existing HTML/JS. I just need the form with XHTML (transitional), CSS, and JS (we've got the actual post taken care of). In addition to existing JS validation rules, there are two more : if selected_outputs contains 6 or 8 || nle selected --lock cap len to be 32 --lock cap lines to be 2 -- message at bottom of form that those things have happened if (cap_type == Rollup || cap_type == CMPRollup) --constrain cap lines to be 2 or 3 -- message at bottom of form that has happened
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
This JS/CSS/XHTML so it needs to run in FF, IE7+, and Safari at minimum (and look pretty consistent).
