Form Field Validation with Javascript

Job Description:
Would like to take an existing form built utilizing HTML5/Vue/Jquery and implement client-side field validation that will do the following:
1. When the "Submit" button is pressed, Perform Validation on required fields to prevent fields being submitted without any data.
2. If the field validation finds required fields have been left blank, highlight or flash red on those fields. After those fields are corrected and data has been entered, run validation again to clear the alert on those fields.
