Bitcoin wallet checker for a web app

Hey there, I'm planning to launch a website which checks for BTC address existence and finds transaction details. I will set up and design the web site - however I failed to complete the blockchain explorer implementation. Your job is to write a script/code which takes user wallet address input from web form and checks that address' transactions. Only simple details are needed to be checked, like for example amount of transactions (0 or more) and details of latest and earliest transactions for example (further requirements/detailed brief on contact). If given requirements are met, the web site will be sent a command to open a new <div> to proceed with a survey. If given requirements re not met, web site should open another dialog/survey. Simple as that. We can run our own full node on a server or we can use a public API / tool like block explorers available on the web. What you write should be able to be embedded on our site with WordPress (possibly Divi), or another CMS up to your request.
